Cintanotes will never be Evernote (which is good!).
Must admit that i am a visual guy...
What if Cintanotes could copy not only text but the image as well and give a preview of that image within each note?
Is this possible?
Even if submitted in roadmap section (haven't checked),
what if, on copying from browser CN could:
-pickup the image link;
-check with http://tineye.com/ for the image;
-then insert somehow a cached version of that image ?
Just thinking out loud, but, as i said, i'm a visual guy.
Evernote and even Keepnote have easy ways to do these tasks.
I'm sure we brainwork our way to a solution for CN to do similar thing.

Re: Image preview on notes
I sometimes clip something from a site, and drag the accompanying picture I want to keep to the new note window.
However this is likely more of a 'trick' than a 'feature,' as it doesn't seem to work on every browser.
I use Opera 12 and it works very smoothly.
Dragging from Firefox results in a massive .bmp file being added, and from Slimjet (chrome-like) it results in just a text url.
Recently discovered I could drag files from the 'Downloads' tab as well. Comes in handy when I want to add something to my abandonware repository, no problems with dragging and dropping .exe or .zip or any other file type
Dragging links from the URL bar, bookmarks tab or adressbook tab works well too.
About automatically copying the picture when clipping... I can copy from Firefox and paste in Excel, images included... so I guess it's not by definition impossible, the images apparently do exist somewhere in the clipboard memory... who knows?

Re: Image preview on notes
Glad to say that we do plan to add this ability in future versions.
It has a lot of votes on the roadmap btw: http://roadmap.cintanotes.com/topics/45 ... -clipping/
However, no time frame for this yet - sorry!
