I use a program called Startup Delayer to make the start up of programs in windows run smoothly. I have CintaNotes run at start up, and what I think Startup Delayer does is move the registry entires/startup folder links to its own registry settings, in order to perform the startup delay configuration.
There seems to be a conflict when I allow it to set CintaNotes, however. CintaNotes starts as expected (at the time I set in Startup Delayer), however, whenever I try to access the options menu, I receive this error—
...and am not allowed to change any options.
Using CintaNotes Beta M10 Preview. The same error occurred in M9, however.

Re: "Startup Delayer" conflict
It seems that upon a system restart, the issue resolved itself.

Re: "Startup Delayer" conflict
Just to say that I use Startup Delayer too, and have had issues with other apps because of the way they are moved to the registry -- not with CintaNotes though, but that means nothing, bacause the same app can show different behaviours on different systems...
