Note Creation from a Command Line

The ability to create notes from a command line

E.g. c:\cintanotes.exe title="Check out CN Beta 10" text="download when next online" link="http://www.cintanotes.com/" tag=todo

This would enable me to easily create (using BAT files) CintaNotes files for the many lists I have in WORD & EXCEL
E.g. my music list in Excel
E.g. my reading list in WORD
And to set up some of my standard entries by BAT files
E.g CNLINE.BAT contains c:\cintanotes.exe title="||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||" text="standard divider"
Or maybe some kind of macro or recorder could achieve the latter.
