Thought you should know, Spybot Search and Destroy's latest definitions file flags CintaNotes as 'malicious software'.
I've had both programs for some time without Spybot doing this, and neither Avast or Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware find anything, so I'm assuming it's a false positive from Spybot's latest definitions file. Perhaps you should contact them?
This is what Spybot says:

False Positive report Raised with Spybot Search and destroy. I will Post the results

Hmm, I guess this might be because of the UPX packing of the executable.
