it is selected in the part of the Chinese language in Microsoft word, Ctrl + F12, the file path also includes the Chinese garbled

Hello and sorry for the delay,

I'll see what I can do. CintaNotes just takes from the clipboard what Word puts there.
If CintaNotes is to blame of mixing up the encoding I'll be able to fix this.
In case Word is to blame, there's nothing I can do.
