Hi there
Very happy with Cinta, but can't upgrade on my Win7 32 bit laptop. I get the error message, "Setup was unable to create the directory "C:\Program Files\cintanotes\lang". Error 5: Access is denied.
Can you help?
Thanks in advance!

Hello Photonaut, please try to run the setup as administrator (right click the setup file and choose run as administrator).

Re: On Win 7, can't upgrade
Thanks, it worked! However, instead of the new version automatically displaying all my existing notes, it was empty. I located the .db file in my dropbox, & imported it; however I assume the new version won't be saving to the dropbox anymore, but to a default location!?

Re: On Win 7, can't upgrade
I tried to redirect cintanotes to look for the .db in my dropbox, as you explained to me previously viewtopic.php?f=3&t=564
...but it seems to be different, there's no cintanotes.settings file?

Seems it's automatically pointing to the dropbox file, so all seems well, thanks...

Hi Photonaut,
so did you get your notes into the new CN? Do you need any additional help?
