Hello,
I do have a real, REAL Problem using cintanotes.......I installed it as my central notebook for links/researches/numbers/notes/ and it worked very practically on my windows 7 notebook,
though i installed it on my main XP-buerau lap, which is almost bigger in HD-sizes/networsk etc. It crashed until now four times - - and I LOST ANY DATA - even I did an export almost evrey day in a separate file citanote.db.
what happend was: the cintanotes.exe was simply gone. washed away. all i found was a *.dp with 22 kb and no content.
I made a deep scan for deleted files - nothing.....what the f.... happened???
Please give me an idea......sincereley guido

Hi guido,
I'm really sorry to hear about your problems.
Please tell me the following information:
1) Which folder was CintaNotes installed/running from?
2) Were there any error messages when CN crashed?
3) What did you do when CN crashed? Were the crashes connected with your actions?
4) Do you have any antivirus software installed on that PC?
