using comma inside a tag

Postby Thomas Lohrum » Wed Jan 30, 2013 9:52 pm

When i assign the tag "Jenter,Alex" to a note it will end up creating the two tags "Jenter" and "Alex". I think this is a bug, since the slash is the only character with a special meaning. All other characters can be used for tagging, right?

All other except comma and semicolon, because:
1) Many people are used to them for tag separation, and CN allows to use them (although autoconverts to spaces);
2) It is possible that in future CN will support tags with spaces, and separating tags with comma or semicolon.

This is why you can't use comma as part of tag name. I suggest you use a dot, a hyphen or an apostrophe instead.
