Re: Need the title list sidebar
One way this can almost be done now:
Go to Options->Notes list and set both min and max of 'Preview text lines' to 0. This will display only the titles (and tags) in the notes list. You can then 'Sort by Title' (Alt+Shift+T) to get them in alphabetical order (use F9 to reverse the order).
This is not quite what you wanted, but close.

Thanks! It's close, but... I think tags are not needed in this mode and occupy a place.
Perhaps an email client interface would be more familiar. Window with three areas. Tags, titles, current note content.

You can easily hide the tags sidebar using the F5 shortcut.

Sounds interesting. Scrolling through the title list, while displaying the note in a larger window.

It's not about tag sidebar. It's about tags under the titles in note list. I think, must be a option to hide this tags.
But if will be a title bar, it does not matter.

Hi Dima,
really sorry for the late reply.
The ability to hide away tags from the notes list is on the roadmap.

Re: Need the title list sidebar
Hello
I'm using 2.7.2 and there seems to be no way to hide the tags line in the main list (I just need the titles).
Has this feature been implemented and I just missed it in the menus?
Thank you.

No, it hasn't been implemented yet, sorry! It is in plans for either version 2.9 or 3.0.
