Enhancements:

Fixes:
- Editor: fix links in rich text when pasted into other programs such as MS Word
- Editor: Copy/paste of a bullet list with multiple indent levels doubles the space between each indent
- Editor: marker highlight (Ctrl+H) was lost after copy/paste
- Clipping from HTML: sometimes words in angle brackets were skipped
- Error when using create note keyboard shortcut with locked notebook
