Unable to update PRO licence

I have CN 3.13 PRO, in Windows 10.

On launching CN this morning, there was a yellow message under the title bar: "There is a newer CN available 3.14.05".

On clicking that note, I saw: "Your current licence key is not valid for this version"

In Help > About, I see: "3.13 PRO licence"

From my emails, I see that CN was renewed in 1 Oct 2023

I clicked Help > Licence > PRO > Renew Key

Response: "Further instructions have been sent to your email"

But no email received.

Please advise.

Hello,

Probably CN was renewed, but the new license key was not registered in the program?
Could you please check that the key that is displayed in the License window is indeed the new one received in 2023?
