Better to write here or write in Uservoice?

Depends on what you want to write..

When to use which?

I write Problems. Questions. Suggestions.

Post here if your bug report is not reproducible yet or feature request is not quite clearly defined.
Post on UserEcho when bug is confirmed/has reproduction steps and feature request is clearly defined.
Questions can be posted in both places.

I read both
But probably here is a bit more convenient for me.

Btw if here is better, then what's the point of creating the Uservoice site for?

Uservoice is the "formal" place where people vote for features and bugs, here is a less formal place to discuss various CN-related issues.

Then shouldn't I be writing on Uservoice instead?

Why would you prefer this than Uservoice?

To write on Userecho, you must have
a) A concrete new feature suggestion, or
b) A detailed and reproducible (step-by-step from a clean install) bug report, or
c) A concrete non-opinion-based question

I've got many feature suggestions, but I think the most important one is to be able to keep track of note edit history (including the dates of past edits).

What do you think?

I agree it's an important one, it is already on the roadmap.
