Just upgraded, can't sync

Just upgraded, can't sync
Activated the trial upgrade 14 days ago, synced one way (from Cintanotes) with Simplenote. Today purchased the upgrade license, but can't sync. Keep getting a notification in the bottom-right corner saying "not synchronized". I have checked my login details for Simplenote. I am on Win 7 Professional. Kindly help, I am disappointed at not being able to sync right away as I was counting on it.

The new notes are indeed showing up in Simplenote, however in the client interface for Cintanotes in Windows 7, it shows "Uploading new notes... 1 of 1" in the bottom right-hand corner for a long time, until it finally reverts to "Not synchronized". How do I get it to show the correct status??

To correctly diagnose and fix the issue, I'd need you to collect some more information.
Could you please activate the Help/Debug/Debug Log option, and then try to synchronize.
After that CN will produce the file named "log.1.txt", please send it to me to support@cintanotes.com.
The file will be located either near cintanotes.exe, or in %appdata%/CintaNotes.
