Hi Alex,
over the last week i noticed, that 2-3 notes got saved, even though i did not change them. I opened the note and pressed ESC to close it. After that the note got a new modification date. I can not reproduce until now. Any ideas? Any changes to the editor that might have an affect? This is a new behaviour (bug). It used to work reliable for a very long time.

Thanks for the report. Not reproducible here as well.
The only thing that comes to mind - unrecognized links in notes text, which get recognized when you open the note.
But for this, we need a way to enter the link into CN's editor without it being able to detect the link right away.
All editing commands fire the "recognize links" code for the current paragraph...

Not sure, whether the affected notes contain links. However there is an issue with http links. Occasionally the editor will display them as plain text. You need to set the caret after the link and press Enter to activate them again. No clue how this happens, but it does happen rather often.

We need to find out how you manage to insert/paste/type links without them being autorecognized. This is crucial for solving this issue IMO.

No trivial job. I'll have an eye on it.

Thanks! (I suspect this might be some old notes only.)
