This might be a feature request, but wasn't sure if there was already a setting hiding away somewhere.
The current time stamp (which I think is brand new??) has two problems:
1) The format of mm/dd/yyyy is not good for sorting, and date format preferences vary by country.
2) The timestamp doesn't work in the title field. The title field is where you will most want to be stamping the date if you're using CN for journaling.
Is there a way to change the format of the date? I looked through the various options, but didn't see anything.
Thanks,
Mark

CintaNotes uses system setting for the date format.
You can change it in the Control Panel -> Regional Settings.

My experience is that the F5 in the title box and the text area both produce a date and time stamp.(Licenced version of Cintanotes)

Yes, thanks, I forgot to mention that in this topic.
BTW it also works in the free version.

Yes. I didn't "discover" this feature because it wasn't in the right-click menu as it is in the text. Now that I have, I use it all the time.
Thanks!
