Let's do it when the "All" button is transformed into a tab. While it is still a button, switching to it with Ctrl+Tab is rather counter-intuitive.

when exiting the 'All' button using Ctrl+Shift+Tab the TAB at the most right should be activated. I think you are aware of this, but wanted to make sure it does not get out of sight.
