In the following declaration Sitex OOO is fulfilling its statutory duty to inform you about the storage of data, the type of data, the purpose for using such data and our identity. We also notify the initial transmission and the type of data transmitted.

1.  Subject of data protection

The main subject of this data protection are personal data. This means that any information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, but also the usage data such as the IP address of a computer, have to be handled trustfully.
Subject of data protection are also sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union memberships, health or sex life.

2. Automatic, anonymous data collection, processing and use

We collect, process or use automatically collected, non-personal information, which your browser transmits to us (via cookies). This information includes:

To use CintaNotes Forum or Roadmap, a prior registration is required, where personal data is submitted. The following personal information is needed for this process:

– Timezone

(2) Newsletter
If you wish to receive our newsletter, we need an e-mail address and further personal data, which allows us to control, that you are the owner of this address. The consent for the storage of personal data, the email address and newsletter subscription can always be cancelled.

(3) Passing on information to third parties and state institutions
We only provide information to authorised state institutions and authorities within the scope of legal obligations or when legally required.

(4) Advertising
We only use the customer’s personal data to provide information or to advertise. But only if this is lies in the interest the customer (see below).

We transmit data abroad. Thus, the recipient should have an adequate level of data protection installed on his/her computer. To ensure this, we use an adequate level of protection, which is stated in the end of the model contract for the transfer of data published by the European Union (revised by the European Commission on 05/02/2010)

6. Delete or block

We are committed to delete personal data that are processed for their own purposes, as soon as the information is no longer required to achieve a certain purpose. In addition to that, you can always block, correct or delete data we have collected. A deletion also takes place, if you withdraw your consent of the collection, processing and use of your personal data. If the withdrawal occurs during a business transaction, the deletion takes place immediately after its completion. Further legal erasure or blocking obligations remain unaffected.

7. Technical and organizational measures

We are committed to ensure the accuracy of technical and organizational measures in order to fulfill the data protection regulations (unless the burden is proportionate to the desired level of protection).
