Enhancements:
- Highlight the note that is about to receive drag-and-dropped tag
- Editor: add space to the end of the tags field after saving a note (for easier adding of more tags)
Fixes:
- Fix tag list scroll buttons behavior
- Drag-and-drop shouldn’t cause main window to lose focus
- Dragged notes should appear selected
- Editor: fix random jump when clicking in the note body after scrolling with mouse wheel
